The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, February 13, 2018, page 5a Mary Katherine Pribbeno, of Scottsdale, passed away Sunday, Jan. 7, at the age of 90. She was a retired housewife, married for 65 years to Howard Pribbeno, Jr., a rancher and real estate broker/investor. He is also deceased. She is survived by her son, James (Su Mae); daughters, Lorie Avery (Edward) and Jean Cook (Richard); grandchildren, Jennifer, Jack and Tiffany; and great-grandson, Jacob. A graduate of the University of Colorado, she served in many capacities through local churches as she and Howard embarked into ranching and raising registered Black Angus near Limon, Colorado. They moved to Ashland, Oregon, and then to Arizona in the mid-’60s. They lived in Mesa, Prescott and Tucson for a number of years before retiring in Carefree, Prescott and Scottsdale. Mary was devoted to her husband and family and is greatly missed. Private services will be at the Prescott, Arizona, Veterans Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 16. Information provided by survivors. |
