John Evan Maze, 66, passed away Feb. 9, 2018 in Lake Havasu City.

He was the son of William and Peggy Maze, born in Artesia, California
on March 26, 1951.

John was proud to have served his country in the United States Air
Force. He went on to serve his community in law enforcement and as a
firearms instructor.

He married the love of his life, Betsy, on Jan. 17, 1970. They shared
48 years together.

John enjoyed hunting in Wyoming. He also enjoyed re-building old cars
and was the state inspector for the National Street Rod Association of
Wyoming. John was a past Auxiliary President of VFW Post 9401 and
active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 4299.

John is preceded in death by his parents, William and Peggy Maze, and
his brother William Earl Maze.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betsy Maze.

John’s celebration of life is at the Fraternal Order of Eagles on
Saturday, March 24 at 11 a.m.
