| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, May 20, 2009 Ray "the DJ" Kosek, 65, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Oct. 26, 1943, in Glencoe, Minn., passed away May 14, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Sister Kenney Foundation, 800 E. 28th St., Mail Route 16509, Minneapolis, Minn., 55407. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
