Bonnie L. (Eastman) Wilson

Bonnie L. Wilson went to join the Lord and her beloved husband Bob of 56 years on Friday, May 15, 2009. She was born on July 28, 1932, in Pierre, S.D., to John and Ruth (Hitchcock) Eastman, moving to Southern California in 1941.

After marrying in 1950, she worked for the FBI as an amazing typist for a few years before becoming a mother and housewife for the next 40 years. Moving to Dewey in 1993, Bonnie enjoyed traveling with Bob, working with stained glass and being active in several area churches.

She is survived by brother Gale Eastman of Calif.; daughters Sandi Harsh of Dewey and Sheree Stutzman of Tx.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Bethel Baptist Church, 6901 E. Horizon Lane in Prescott Valley.

In lieu of flowers, please make a gift to the Yavapai Food Bank in her honor.
