Michael "Mike" Felix Ferman

Michael Felix Ferman, 78, passed away in Wickenburg, Arizona on August 11, 2017 with his wife by his side.

Mike was born on March 3, 1939 to John E. (Sr.) and Mary E. Ferman in Piqua, Ohio. He was the oldest of six children. He married Shirley Mae Tamplin on August 16, 1958 and were married for 43 years before she passed away in 2000. Together they raised two children. Mike worked several different jobs over the years as a Carpenter and later as a welder. He took pride in each and every one. He was a very hard worker and took great care of his family. Mike was a proud man and dearly adored his family, grandchildren and great-grands. Mike re-married in 2013 to Gladys Mansfield, and were together till the very end.
Mike was a huge fan of hunting, fishing, camping, watching football, boxing and Nascar Racing. Mike instilled a love for life and an intense work ethic in all of us, but he taught us how to appreciate all we have.

Mike was a great man and example and will be dearly missed.
Mike is survived by his wife, son Nick (Athena), daughter Natalie, Maryann (Glen), and Tammy. grandchildren, Megan (Dustin), Colton (Jackie), Dylan (Amanda), Jenilee (kade), Jessie, Christian, Jennifer (Jimmy), Danielle, Robert (Eva), Brigette, Brandon and 13 great-grandchildren. Also, he is survived by his extended family and friends who have been a part of his life for many years, and in addition to new family that has been added. His siblings are Richard (Bev), John (Kathy), Patty (Mike), and Judy (Carl).

He is preceded in death by his first wife Shirley, brother Tony, and both parents.

Graveside services will be at the Riverton Cemetery, 1500 W 13200 S Riverton, Utah on September 21, 2017 at 11:00 am.
