Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted on Saturday, April 21, 2018 - After a tough battle with cancer, Robert Lawrence Mann Jr. died on March 30, 2018 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 66. A veteran of Vietnam War, he served in the Army and was awarded the Infantry medal. He leaves behind his father, Robert Mann; daughter, Danielle Mann; and son, Jason Mann. Robert was a driven professional with a huge heart for his loved ones, his country and was extremely patriotic. When diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017, he remained dedicated in his will to fight his illness. He remained a brave, iron-willed man, even throughout his final months. Robert requested to be cremated. His ashes will be sprinkled in Huntington Beach, Calif., where he grew up. The family would especially like to thank Hospice of Havasu, for their excellent work and loving care. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Veterans of Foreign War.
