Lois E. Hildum Tipton Schager

Born in Tidioute, Pennsylvania on Jan. 5, 1934.
Departed on Dec. 3, 2004 and resided in Sedona, Arizona.

Lois E. Hildum Tipton Schager, a resident of Sedona, died December 3, 2004 at the age of 70. She was born January 5, 1934 in Tidioute, Pennsylvania to John and Dorothea Hildum.

Lois attended Todioute High School where she graduated in 1951. She retired from G.T.E. Sylvania as an employee of 26 years in Warren, PA.
Lois was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Tidioute and served as choir director, religious instructor, and G.S.A. scout leader. She was also a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post 8803, the Great Decisions of Sedona, and a hospice volunteer for Northern Arizona Hospice. She loved reading, singing, boating, and hunting as well.

Lois is survived by her son Curtis Lee Tipton of Charleston, W.V.; daughters Stephanie Tipton Kooistra and Crystal Tipton Voight both of Phoenix, Ariz.; and Lisa Tipton Fowler of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; step-father H. Lee Copeland of Tidioute, Penn.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Any memorial donations may be made to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326.
