| Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, May 14, 1947, page 3, column 8 Funeral Rites Set For Fred Munds Funeral services for Fred Munds, aged 62, who died Tuesday night in the county hospital will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Lester Ruffner Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Charles Franklin Parker will officiate at the services, which will be followed by burial in Mountain View cemetery. Mr. Munds was born in Oakland, Iowa, November 17, 1884. He came to Prescott with his parents and an early age and attended school here. He lived in various parts of Yavapai county and then in California for a number of years. He returned to Arizona five years ago. He is survived by his wife, Valerie. A daughter, Mrs. Norman Sopp; a sister, Mrs. Joe Bassett and a brother, W. A. Munds, living in Los Angeles.
