| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Friday, December 5, 1980, p. G3 Black Canyon City--Sarah K. Dazey, 69, of Black Canyon City, a registered nurse, died Dec. 2, 1980, in Maryvale Samaritan Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Black Canyon Community Church. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today in Grimshaw Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home, Phoenix. Mrs. Dazey was born in Huntsville, Ala., and came to Arizona 33 years ago from Indiana. She is survived by her husband, Loyal; son, Charles; four grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers.
