Lake Havasu City, Arizona -
Our beloved sister in Christ, Lynn Edwards, lost her fight with cancer
June 3. 2018 while at her home in Lake Havasu City surrounded by
family. She went out of this world and into the arms of the Lord.
She was born on April 7, 1952 in Los Angeles, California, the second
child of Mark and Marcella King Sivert. She grew up with her four
siblings in Southern California. She married Ken Reinbold, and later
Doug Edwards, had three children. She last worked at Pacific Hospital
of Long Beach.
In 2000, Lynn moved to Lake Havasu City and became an integral part of
the Jamaica Elementary School staff. She loved her school family and
was involved in several community organizations including K-12
Foundation, Beta Sigma Phi, Delta Kappa Gamma and TOPS.
Lynn is survived by her daughter Danielle (Tim), sons Stephen and
Jeffrey, sisters Margie and Marian, brother Philip, and grandchildren
Stella, Deegan, Ivy, and Christian. Lynn is preceded in death by her
parents and older brother, David.
To say that Lynn will be missed is an understatement. She left a hole
in our hearts too big to ever fill and a reckoning of her presence in
our lives. Her love for her children, grandchildren and family was
unsurpassed. Her kind, caring, and forgiving spirit will be forever
missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life honoring Lynn is at Calvary Baptist (Sweetwater Campus) on Friday, June 29 at 1 p.m.
