The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona June 16, 1941 Graham County Resident Dies Safford - June 15 - Henry Clay Heffelman, 79 years old, a resident of Arizona since 1891, died yesterday in his home here. Mr. Heffelman, a native of Ohio, resided in Winslow when he first came to this state. He was married in 1893 in Prescott and in 1907 went to Mayer where he engaged in business until 1935. He had resided here since that time. Mr. Heffelman is survived by his wife, Mary Malcolm Heffelman, two sons, Malcolm C., of Deming, N. M., and Ralph e. of Whittier, Calif., and four gransons. Funeral services will be held here at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Greenwood Memorial Park in Phoenix. Graveside services will be conducted by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. |
