| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, AZ) Sunday, July 26, 2009, p. B8 Ted E. Greenwalt Sr., 80, of New River, AZ passed away on July 21, 2009. Born in San Diego, CA on 12-25-28 to Theodore M & Joye. Spent early childhood in CA. After graduating HS enlisted in US Army Air Corps. Retiring after 21 yrs of service. Preceded in death by parents, brother-in-law Jim Steil & Kerry Wright, daughters Denise Marie & Karen Sue. Survived by wife of 55+ yrs Clara H; sisters Peggy Steil & Arah Wright; son Ted E Jr his wife Jean; daughter Sherry; 6 grandkids Steven Whitten, Aaron Greenwalt, Michael McCarty, Jason Chisolm, Jennifer Young & Jarrod Greenwalt; 4 great grandkids Kaitlyn, Cameron, Kolbin & Stevie III.
