| Julie K. Canfield, 45, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away October 17, 2004. Memorial Service was held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004, Presbyterian Church, 4141 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Harper Funeral Home. Published in The Arizona Republic on 10/23/2004. Canfield, Julie K. Julie K. Canfield passed on in between the evening of Saturday, October 16th and the morning of Sunday, October 17th. She is survived by her husband, Charles Canfield; her two sons and three daughters; her mother, Alveda Spencer; eleven grandchildren; and one brother and 4 sisters.
