| Michael J. Gregory, 65, of Apache Junction passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Sharon, who passed away on December 25, 2007. Michael was born April 19, 1943, to John and Maxine Gregory of E. St. Louis, IL. His family moved to Arizona in the early 1960s where he met Sharon in high school. They were married April 20, 1963, in Phoenix. They moved to Illinois where they raised three daughters; Kelly of Mesa, Lesley (Jim) of Queen Creek and Tracey of Apache Junction. Michael worked as a carpenter for H.H. Hall until relocating back to the valley in 1985. They were happily married for 44 years. Michael and Sharon moved to Apache Junction in 1986 residing until their untimely passing. Sharon ran her own business and worked as a food server locally. Michael worked for Motorola until retiring after his wife’s passing. They were a very loving, active couple who were very involved with their children, four grandchildren; Devon (Vanessa), Jordan, Cody and Matthew. They will always and forever be “Ma & Pa”. Mom and Dad, you will always be loved and in our hearts forever. We’ll all miss you both dearly! You will never be forgotten. Apache Junction News June 2, 2009. |
