Prescott Morning Courier, Prescott, Arizona Territory Monday, September 30, 1901, page 3, column 3 Local Intelligence - Taylor Gearhart, aged about 55 years, died in Prescott Sept. 29, 1901, of Bright's disease. His wife and stepdaughter are now in Los Angeles. Mrs. Gearhart ran a store here in Prescott for some months. He is said to have owned some mines in Agua Fria and Big Bug district. He was a mining man. ---------------------------------------------------- Arizona Weekly Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, October 2, 1901, page 3, column 4 Taylor Gearhart, a mining man of this section, who was also engaged in business in Prescott for some time, died on Sunday of Bright's disease.
