Visitation was held on Friday, January 2, 2004 at Lakeshore Mortuary in Mesa. Memorial service was also held on Friday, January 2, 2004, Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Rd., Mesa. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, Ariz., 85014. |
