Ira Gorman Mills

Funeral services will be conducted for Ira Gorman Mills, 16, in the Buckeye Funeral Home Chapel Friday morning at 10:30. Mills died in the Good Samaritan Hospital last Tuesday as a result of parathion insecticide poisoning.

Brother Clinton Smart, pastor of the Church of the First Born, PLeasant View Colo., will officiate. Burial will be in the Louis B. Hazelton Cemetery, Buckeye.

Born in Dewitt, Ark., April 5, 1940, Ira moved with his family in 1945 to Monterey, Calif. They made their home in Globe in 1952, later moving to Buckeye.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Hattie Mills of Buckeye; five sisters, Mrs. Triva Manues, Mrs. Juanita Allison amd Mrs. Irene Wages, all of Buckeye, Mrs. Fern Adkinson of Phoenix and Mrs. Sybil Dempsey of Wichita, Kan; and three brothers, Samuel of Buckeye, W.D. of Los Angeles and James of Monterey, Calif.
