| Eric B. Shook Born in Phoenix, Arizona on Oct. 20, 1919 Departed on March 18, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood,, AZ. Eric B. Shook, 45, of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away on March 18, 2005. Dr. Shook was a local veterinarian who had practiced in Cottonwood for 19 years, he founded the Riverfront Veterinary Hospital. He is survived by his brother Jeff and family, a sister Tanya and family, and his parents and many friends. No public funeral is planned however a celebration of Eric's life will be announced soon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to an animal shelter of choice. Westcott Funeral Home handled these arrangements.
