James A. Jones III
July 23, 1961 - July 7, 2019
James A. Jones, III, died July 7, 2019. He is known as "Jim" by his family and friends, and he helped many people in the community, including offering jobs to homeless people through his handyman business, Real Estate Ready, assisting elderly and disabled veterans and volunteering at the American Legion Post 12 in Wickenburg.
Jim was born in Wichita, Kan., on July 23, 1961, and moved to Wickenburg in 1979 were he worked at the Blind Indian, Stanton Octave and Red Rover mines before starting his handyman business. He was predeceased by his father, James A. Jones, Jr., and sister Brenda Jones Shelly. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kiesow Jones; mother, Rosalie Jones; sister, Paula Brill, and brother, Tracy Jones. Jim's daughter, Miranda Boggs and granddaughter Abby Boggs live in Custer, S.D., and son, James A. Zudell and granddaughter Jaylynn Zudell live in Wickenburg.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Legion Post 12, 176 N. Frontier St., Wickenburg, Arizona.
