Bobette Lynn (Warren) Hazen

LAVEEN, Ariz. - Bobette Lynn Hazen, 47, formerly of North Platte,
passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at Phoenix after a long bout with
cancer.

She was born Dec. 19, 1961, in Austin, Texas, to Robert Warren and
Linda Negley. She grew up in Tucson, Ariz., and later moved to North
Platte, where she met Les Hazen, who she married in Dakota City on
July 23, 1993.

Bobette lived for years in Cherokee, Iowa, and Sioux City, Iowa, where
she worked for Mid States Development and then Wal-Mart. At the time
of her passing she was the manager of Wal-Mart Vision Center in
Laveen, Ariz.

She will be remembered as a very loving, hard-working, wife, mother,
sister and friend to many.

Survivors include her husband, Les; a daughter, Ashley; three
stepchildren, Toni, Stephen and Kristy; her father, Robert (Teresa)
Warren; a sister, Brenda (Jerry) Moore; a half-brother, Todd Warren; a
half-sister, Terri Manthei; six grandchildren; a niece, Nicole
Rasmussen; and great-nephews, Jayden and Joseph.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Marlys; her mom, Linda Sandlin;
grandfather, Weston Negley; grandmothers, Eloris Negley and Ruth
Durling; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cremation was chosen and burial will be at a later date.
