Agustin Alvarez Cervantes, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, passed away
on January 13, 2018. He was born on October 1, 1951 in LaNopalerade
Juarez, Guanajuato, Mexico to his parents, Alejo and Juana Cervantes.
He was 66 years of age.

Agustin married his love, Raquel Venegas de Alvarez on December 1,
1973. Raquel and Agustin have been Lake Havasu City, Arizona residents
for twenty seven years.

Agustin had a lot of things that he enjoyed in life but of those,
singing, writing, and working were among his favorite. His love for
his family and spending time with them was his greatest joy in his
life. He was a loving son, husband, father, father-in-law, and
grandfather and will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Agustin is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Raquel Venegas de
Alvarez, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; sons, Humberto Alvarez, of Lake
Havasu City, Arizona, Erick Alvarez, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona,
Oscar Alvarez, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Agustin Alvarez Jr., of
Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and Ricardo Alvarez, of Nashville,
Tennessee; daughter, Juana Alvarez, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona;
brothers, Juvenal Alvarez, of Guanajuato, Mexico, Jaime Alvarez, of
Guanajuato, Mexico, Javier Alvarez, of Dallas, Texas, Joel Alvarez, of
Dallas, Texas, Juan Alvarez, of Austin, Texas, and Carmelo Alvarez, of
Austin, Texas; sister, Yolanda Alvarez, of San Antonio, Texas and
sixteen grandchildren.

Visitation will be at 4:00pm on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Lietz-
Fraze Funeral Home with Rosary at 4:30pm. A Funeral Service will be at
10:30am on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Our Lady of the Lake Roman
Catholic Church, 1975 Daytona Avenue, Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
