Ruth (Taylor) Wright

Ruth Wright (91) passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 16. She was a retired real estate investor and had lived in Wickenburg for the past 10 years. Ruth was born in Lovington, N.M., and was raised on the family ranch outside of Tatum. She was a graduate of Tatum High School and later attended Colorado Women's College.

Prior to living in Arizona she resided in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, where she had many friends and was active in the art community. She was quite a talented painter, potter and designer. Ruth is preceded in death by her dear father, Zack Taylor; mother Willie Taylor; sister Alice Taylor and brother Dick Taylor. She leaves behind three sons and a daughter Zack, Scott, Pat and Karla. She is also survived by eight adult grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She lived a rich life, traveling the world and found great satisfaction helping others. A memorial will be held at a later date.
