Robert Temple Cheesbrough, 60, died June 1, 2009 in Hawaii. He was born Jan. 24, 1949 in Oklahoma City; the son of Joseph and Margaret (Haefele) Cheesbrough.

Bob attended Emerson College in Boston; as a drama major. He proudly served his nation in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was an accomplished writer and at the time of his death his career was in International Real Estate. Bob visited Prescott many times after his parents moved here in 1979 and made many admiring friends whom his mother re-introduced him to on the joyous occasion of her marriage to Addison Hawley.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Erika Valentine; mother Margaret Cheesbrough Hawley; and sisters, Sandra Hall and Kay Lynn Ruckley.

Private services took place.

The family requests memorials to Prescott United Methodist Church Outreach, 505 W. Gurley, Prescott, Ariz., 86301.
