Frances M. (Monreal) Dominguez - Moreno

Frances M. Moreno, age 89, passed away June 10, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born April 29, 1920, in Jerome, Ariz., the daughter of Juan L. and Luz H. Monreal.

Frances loved to cook and crochet, which she taught her daughters, and she also loved her gardening.

Her family said above all she loved her children and would always make sure their needs were met before hers.

She is survived by her children Lucy (Angel) Rodarte Jr., John (Barbara) Dominguez, Carmen (Robert) Rincon Sr., Michael Dominguez, Linda Estes and Anselmo Bustillos; her brothers Bob, John and Max Monreal; and sisters Julia Estrada and Dolores Martinez.

Frances is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Juan Dominguez, and her second husband, Juan Moreno; parents Juan and Luz Monreal; sisters Lolita Monreal and Nellie Passmore; and her brother Gene Monreal.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 15, 2009, from 5-7 p.m. at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., in Prescott, with a Rosary at 7 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial to follow the services at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.

The family is being cared for by Heritage Memory Mortuary Prescott.
