Born in Albany, New York on Oct. 21, 1914.
Departed on Jan. 16, 2006 and resided in Jerome, Arizona.

Donald Campbell Barrows, 91, of Jerome died January 16 at Infinia Healthcare in Cottonwood. He was born October 21, 1914 in Albany, New York and was a graduate of Albany High School.

A World War II veteran, he served with the Army Air Corps.

Mr. Barrows was a past commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7400, a member of the American Legion Post #25 and a member of the Jerome Lodge of Elks and had been a member of the Cottonwood Lions Club.

He was a photographer and retired owner of a photo lab in Cottonwood, recording many important events in the area's family's events.

His wife, Mary Louise Barrows preceded him in death.

He leaves a stepson, Jon Martinez of Jerome; and a stepdaughter Margo Martinez of Buena Park, Calif..

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 19 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 6 p.m.
