| Thomas Maze Aderhold Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Sept. 6, 1950. Departed on Dec. 10, 2004 and resided in Sedona, Arizona. Thomas Maze Aderhold died Friday, at his home in Sedona, after a brief illness. He was born in Oklahoma City on September 6, 1950, and grew up in Boulder, Colorado. Tom studied architecture at the University of Colorado and moved to Sedona in 1972. Recently, he built a second home in Ophir, Colorado. Tom was known for his infectious love of life and his joyous energy. As he often put it: 'I'm just happy to be here!' He excelled at everything he did. Tom was a nationally renowned stained glass artist. In Sedona, his work may be seen at the Creative Life Center, the Sedona Public Library, The Promise Window at the Christ Lutheran Church, and in many private homes. His passions included hiking the Red Rock Country of the S.W. and the mountains of Colorado, racing sport cars, art & architecture, music, playing the base guitar, water skiing, fine champagne, and above all, his wife Jennifer and his friends. His religious faith was among the most important thing in his life. He was a member of Christ Center Wesleyan Church of Sedona where he played in the worship band. Tom is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his brother Rob Beebe and wife Patti Craig Beebe of Boulder Colo.; his brother Ben and wife Kathy of Denver, Colo.; nephew John Aderhold and niece Sarah Aderhold; his sister Joan Scheet and husband Stan of Pace, Florida. A Musical Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, December 16th at 4:30 P.M. at Sedona Christ Center Wesleyan Church on Brewer Road. A reception will follow at the Sedona Public Library at 6:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Christ Center Wesleyan Church.
