Jarrell (J.J.) Jennings

Jarrell 'J.J.' Jennings, 63, of Waddell AZ, died Dec. 10, 2000 at Lake Pleasant, AZ. He was born January 13, 1937 in Oklahoma City.

He was a graduate of Oklahoma University, and a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. His career included, Retail advertising manager for Oklahoma Publishing Company, National advertising consultant for Southwest Daily's, President of Land Management, Inc., Dallas, Texas. J.J. was owner operator of three tourist cruise ships, the 'Whooping Crane', Corpus Christi, Texas, 'Baja Princess', Rocky Point, Mexico and 'Desert Princess II' Lake Pleasant, Arizona.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Julie Jennings-Gomez; son, Jarrell Jennings, III; step daughters, Nicole Miller & Leslie Massie; step son, Grant Massie; four grandchildren; father J.L. Jennings, Sr.; one sister, Kathleen Walker; two brothers, John & Edward Jennings.

Funeral Services Friday at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale, AZ.
