Richard Cecil Williams Born in Belleville, Kansas on Dec. 30, 1910. Departed on April 27, 2004 and resided in Lake Montezuma, Arizona. Richard Cecil Williams, 93, of Lake Montezuma, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2004. He was born December 30, 1910 in Belleville, Kansas. Mr. Williams owned and operated an automotive machine shop in Casper, Wyoming until his retirement in 1975. His hobbies included golf, playing bridge, woodworking, and he was also a ham radio operator. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 70 years Elsie Cora (Sommers) Williams; a son Richard J. Williams of Lake Montezuma, Ariz., a daughter: Janice Harnisch of Laguna Beach, Calif.; a sister: Ruth Most of Olathe, Ks.; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Westcott Funeral Home of Cottonwood, is assisting with private family services.
