| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, December 5, 2008, page B7 Lois Margaret Whatley, 87, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away on December 3, 2008. Lois was born in DeWitt, Iowa to Ludwig and Martha (Munzke) Bliesmer. She moved to AZ 63 years ago where she was a nurse. She is survived by her daughters Diane Wegner of Chandler and Bonnie Styles of Springfield, IL; sons James and Tommy Whatley of Phoenix; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Elliott in 1999. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2008 with visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. at Mercer Chapel, 1541 E. Thomas Rd. Interment will follow at East Resthaven Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, Arizona. |
