Yale St., died suddenly yesterday while on an outing at Pinnacle Peak. Mr. Parscal, who was born and raised in Phoenix, was a clerk for Southern Pacific in the freight division. He was president of the Railway Clerk's Union 1211. He was a member of the Silver Trowel Lodge 29 of the Masons. He is survived by his wife, Dagmar of Phoenix; two daughters, Carol Ann and Barbara Lee of Phoenix; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Parscal Sr., of Phoenix; a brother, Arman L. of Phoenix, and a grandmother, Mrs. V. C. Parscal. Green Acres Mortuary and Chapel in Scottsdale is making arrangements for services and burial.
