Pedro (Pete) Torrez Born in Jerome, Arizona on Jan. 8, 1934. Departed on Sept. 23, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, AZ. Pedro (Pete) Torrez, 68, of Cottonwood, Arizona died on Monday, Sept. 23rd in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born in Jerome, Arizona on January 8, 1934. He served in the United States Army and lived in Arizona all of his life. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood. He is survived by sisters : Emilia Torrez, Olivia Torrez, Anna Maria Calderon, Connie Monge, Lilly Barto, Sister Marie Rachel, Lupe Urquidez, a brother: Rey Torrez and several nieces and nephews. Recitaion of the Rosary will be on Saturday, September 28th at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 401 N. Willard Street, Cottonwood, Arizona, followed at 10:30 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial. Father Bud Pelletier will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona. |
