Published in Today's News Herald on Feb. 24, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Robert Charles Spano, 64, of Lake Havasu City passed away on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021 at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson. Robert was born in Glendale on May 19, 1956; son of Frank M Spano and Joy Stutsman. He graduated from high school. Robert later married Kathy Spano, who sadly passed away. Robert was a proud lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and a proud member of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association. He enjoyed most shooting sports. Robert was an avid L.A. Rams and L.A. Lakers and Dodgers sports team enthusiast. He was a dedicated Republican. Robert enjoyed desert riding his family's Polaris ATV. He had a warm sense of humor and was quick with a humorous comment. Robert is survived by his sisters, Susan Moore and Peggy Mann. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joy Stutsman; father, Robert Spano; wife, Kathy Spano; and brother, Gary Spano.
