Shirley J. Biros Born in Streator, Illinois on June 22, 1928. Departed on April 12, 2006 and resided in Clarkdale, Arizona. Shirley J. Biros, 77, resident with Clarkdale, Arizona, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2006. She was born on June 22, 1928 to George and Irene Swain in Streator, Illinois, where she grew and was a graduate of Streator High School. Shirley was a homemaker and the owner of Verde Valley Collection Company, which later on, she sold to a company out of Flagstaff. She was a member of the Elk's Club, VFW, and the Happy Huggers; where she also held various offices. Shirley was also a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a member of the Parish Council. Shirley was an avid reader, she had a love for people, growing flowers, cooking, and baking. She also enjoyed traveling, fishing and picnics. Shirley was the loving wife of Edward Biros for 55 years, Clarkdale, Ariz.; son Mark Biros, also of Clarkdale, Ariz. she was the aunt of Susan May, husband, Brad and the great-aunt of Dau Grace, all of Lasalle, Ill. A Memorial Service will be held in Shirley's honor on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 700 N. Bill Grey Rd., in Cottonwood, Arizona.
