Published in Today's News Herald on Apr. 11, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Carrie Rollin passed away peacefully at home in Lake Havasu City on March 12th at age 92. She was born in Oklahoma City on August 11, 1928 to Roscoe and Nettie Hays. She married Harold Mezza in 1945 and they moved to Southern California where they lived until he passed in 1980. She moved to Lake Havasu in 1982 to be near family. Around 1985 she moved to Oklahoma to take care of her mother until her passing in 1987. She married Ray Rollin in 1989 and they were together until his passing in 2003, at which time she moved back to Lake Havasu. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Mansfield (David), Lake Havasu, Paula Fader, Lake Havasu and Susanne Venard (Philip) Mission Viejo, California. Grandsons Aaron Mansfield (Rochelle), Jason Mansfield, Sean Fader (Amy), Barry Fader (Aujah), Scott Venard (Sophia) and Christopher Venard. Also, Great-grandchildren, Leyla and Luke Mansfield, Delilah Fader and Steele Fader. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Boyd (Chuck) and sister-in-law Lanny Cassano and many nieces and Nephews. She loved reading, crossword and jigsaw puzzles, card games, but most of all spending time with family. She was very special to all of us. Many thanks to her Christian Science church friends, especially Lori Cooper and Karen Chavez, Hospice of Havasu who were wonderful in her final months and Glenda Phoenix for her special care.
