| Published in Parker Pioneer from Apr. 23 to Apr. 24, 2021 - Parker, Arizona - Carole Jean (Leichty) Mattice, 82, passed away peacefully at home in Mesquite, Nevada on Thursday, April 8th, 2021. A very casual celebration of life will be held at Pop-Harvey Parker in Parker, Arizona on Friday, April 23rd at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to La Paz County Animal Shelter Carole was born in Paso Robles, California on December 28, 1938. She attended Paso Robles High School and went on to beauty school. Carole was married to H. Wayne Mattice on August 15, 1956; they were married for 60 years. Carole was a homemaker and raised their 5 children. She had a love of meeting new people and talking to everyone. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Carole is survived by her 5 children; Teri, Marty, Nickie, Lindy and Joel; and her sister, Nancy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and numerous other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne; her parents Ivan and Jean Leichty and her granddaughter Brianna Marie. |
