| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Thursday, May 30, 2013, p. B5 Cecil Boyd Webb, 76, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on May 24, 2013. Cecil was born in Glendale, Arizona on February 9, 1937 to Rita Berry Webb and Cecil Webb. He attended Glendale High School, where he met his beloved wife of 56 years, Lora Lee (Rowland) Webb. Cecil loved his career as an estimator and was proud to be an owner and president of RWR Contractors, and former president of the Underground Contractors Association. Cecil is survived by his wife, Lora Lee; children Kellie (Jeff) Teskey, Kristie (John) Atkins; and Brad and Terri Flowers; grandchildren Matthew Webb, Brittany (Justin) Fisher, David Barton, Loida Barton, and Jake Teskey, Kim and Zach Flowers; and great-grandchildren Tristan Webb and Rileigh Fisher. He is preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother Berry Lynn Webb. A memorial service to celebrate Cecil's life will be held on Monday, June 3rd at 2 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the American Cancer Society. See Also: Find A Grave |
