FORMER LOWELL MAN IS KILLED

Harry Creem Meets Death in Phoenix, Ariz., and Body Is Shipped Here

It was learned last evening through information received at the Courier-Citizen office that Harry Creem, formerly of Lowell, but recently of Phoenix, Ariz., met his death through some unknown assailant Monday morning and that arrangements were being made to send the body to this city for burial. Relatives of the family were also made aware of the death and though they know nothing surrounding the circumstances of the unfortunate affair, they expect the body in Lowell next Tuesday.

Mr. Creem formerly lived with his mother, Mrs. Fannie Creem at 3 Ware street, this city, and if the information is correct, is survived by her and three other members of the family. They are: Miss Gertrude and Miss Bessie Creem, sisters, and Maurice Creem, a brother, and manager of the United 1 to 99-Cent Store, 78 Middlesex street. They will make arrangement to receive the body for burial in this city.

The Lowell man was prominent in political circles at Phoenix, Ariz., and his death came as a shock to the community there.
