| Published by Yuma Sun on Jul. 28, 2021 - Yuma, Arizona - Lydia Lopez, 83, passed away on July 20, 2021 at her residence in Yuma, AZ. Lydia was born January 19, 1938 in Yuma, AZ. Lydia worked for Yuma High School District for 19 years. Lydia is survived by her daughter, Ramona Armas and sisters, Hilda (Raymond) Miranda, Mary Rivera, brother, Henry (Maria) Benzor, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two children, Robert John Lopez and Anna Marie Martinez and her parents, Aurora Bedoya and Quirino Benzor. A Wake will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Johnson Mortuary. Burial will be at Desert Lawn Cemetery on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 9:00 am.
