The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, June 17, 2009 Ina J. Pierecy, age 93, passed away June 16, 2009, in Chino Valley, Ariz. She was born Dec. 22, 1916, in Nashua, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Stella Brandt. Ina worked as an instructor for the women's correctional facilities and moved here from Iowa 15 years ago. She was loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Commemoration services in honor of Ina will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2009, with a visitation for family and friends one hour before services at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz. She is survived by her husband Thomas; son Clyde Nichols; and stepdaughters Darlene Porter and Roslyn Hawkins. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Inurnment will take place at the Prescott National Cemetery in Prescott, Ariz. Heritage Memory Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
