Published by Today's News Herald on Sep. 9, 2021 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Marjorie Ellen Stover Swets passed away peacefully Aug. 25, 2021. She was born April 24, 1940 in Lake Park Township, Minnesota, to Lowell and Mable Stover. Marjorie is survived by her son Michael Penner and his wife Kathleen of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son Russell Penner of Colorado; sister Janice Skaar of Lake Havasu City and Minnesota; step grandson William Wreden of Lake Havasu City, AZ; step granddaughter Janine McCabride of New York and great grandson William Wreden of Lake Havasu City. Marjorie is also survived by several nieces and nephews throughout the United States. She was preceded in death by her parents Lowell and Mable Stover, husband Jack Swets, son Douglas Penner, brothers Sheldon Stover and Floyd Stover. In leu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Beacon of Hope Hospice in Lake Havasu City. The family is planning a private memorial service to honor Marjorie. Arrangements were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
