Published by The Miner on Sep. 18, 2021 - Kingman, Arizona - Carol Jean (Snelling) Clupper, a resident of Kingman for most of her 80 years, passed peacefully from this world on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021, from Alzheimer’s in Billings, Montana. Carol retired from the Kingman Unified School District in 2006 as Cafeteria Manager at Hualapai Elementary School after a 30-plus year career. Carol was preceded in death by her mother Dulcie Wright of Kingman. She is survived by her brother Charles Snelling of Kingman; her children Celena Spencer (David) of Billings, Montana, Clint Bischoff of Neodesha, Kansas, Cindy Cooley (Scott) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; nine grandchildren Rebekah Pointer, Michelle Spencer, Christa Blagg, Everett Spencer, Joshua Cooley, Tyler Cooley, Paige Cooley, Andy King andJoey King; 26 great-grandchildren; and 5 nieces and nephews. No memorial service is planned in Kingman, so in lieu of flowers, her family respectfully asks that you consider making a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association in her memory. |
