| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona June 24, 2004 Elena Yasinsky, 42, of Phoenix, died June 10, 2004. She was born in Centereach, NY on August 26, 1962. Survivors include her husband Richard Yasinsky, one son, Nicholas Yasinsky, two brothers, Manuel and Paul Salgado and one nephew Peter Salgado. Her services were held on Sunday, June 13th at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St. Graveside services were held on Monday, June 14th at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale.
