| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona September 8, 2004 Dimitrios Zikos, 78, passed away September 5, 2004. He was born on November 22, 1925 in Chios Greece. Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years Evangelia, son, George (Cristy) Zikos, daughter, Anthi (Michael) O'Neill, granddaughter, Evie Zikos, grandson, Michael O'Neill, brother, Bill Zikos of Canada, sister, Irene Gigis of Greece, his niece, nephews, and many loved ones. He worked for the Red Cross in Greece for 23 years and moved to Arizona in 1973 where he owned a restaurant for 28 years until his retirement. A gentle soul who loved everyone, he will be remembered for his kindness. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Trisagion Service A. L.
