Norma Jean Haynes, 77, passed away January 3, 2004 in Lake Havasu City,
AZ. She was born to Joy & Claribel (Harman) Abdalla on May 6, 1926 in
Lancaster, OH.

Mrs. Haynes made Lake Havasu her home 6 years ago, moving here from
Jacksonville, FL. She was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Moose
Lodge.Norma is survived by her best friend and loving husband of 50
years, Charles S. Haynes, whom she married January 7, 1956; two sons,
Jeffery Charles Haynes of Jacksonville, FL and Charles S. Haynes II of
Lake Havasu; daughter, Dawn M. Haynes of Orange, CA; sister, Sarah
Dickson of Columbus, OH; six grandchildren, Jeffery, Dawayne, Roshanna,
Rachel, Charles III and Lindsey. She is also survived by her uncles,
cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous good friends and acquaintances.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to go to the VFW Post 9401,
266 London Bridge Rd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.She will be dearly
missed by her family and all who knew her.

God saw you were getting tired And a cure was not to be. So He put His
arms around you And whispered "Come to me". A golden heart stopped
beating, Hard working hands now rest. God broke our hearts to prove to
us He only takes the best.

Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
