Published by The Miner on Jan. 15, 2022 - Kingman, Arizona - Tracy Joy Hillyer, age 61, was called home to Heaven the morning after Christmas, Dec. 26, 2021 with family beside her as she crossed over. She was a beloved mother, sister, daughter and a dear friend to so many people. Tracy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 23, 1960 to her parents Conway and Phyllis Hillyer, alongside her brothers and sisters Gregory (deceased), Tom, Kevin, Karen and Christine (deceased). Tracy’s entire world revolved around her four sons James Moua, Joshua Moua (deceased), Thomas Claw and Joseph Claw. She was blessed to welcome her beautiful daughter-in-law Diana (James’ wife) and her wonderful family as her own. As her two oldest boys (James and Josh) excelled in sports, she proudly earned the nickname “Mama Moua” here in the community of Kingman and it is still heard today. As time progressed over the years Tracy has developed such amazing relationships with so many members of this community that it brings so much comfort to her family knowing how much she was loved and cared for. So many will remember her for her infectious laughter, smile and her love for the Green Bay Packers. Tracy loved to sit and appreciate the beauty of an Arizonan sunset, and if you just so happen to be walking by, she would stop and tell you how beautiful the sky looked that evening. She will be missed by so many, Rest in Paradise Tracy Hillyer. |
