Gerald "Jay" Manuel, Jr., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December
17, 2021 at the age of 76. He was born in Rochester, New York to Gerald
M. Manuel and Grace J. Manuel (Macaluso).

After high school Jerry "Jay" joined the Air Force where he served in
Vietnam. He received an honorable discharge. Jerry was a generous,
giving person, who was involved with various organizations, as long as
they offered help and aid. He supported animal welfare as a volunteer at
the animal shelter in Ft. Mohave. Jay was a religious education teacher
at St. Justin Catholic Church. He was a volunteer aid at Valley View
Hospital in Ft. Mohave. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus,
American Legion and other organizations where he could help people. But
far and away the most important interests he had were his family. He
always spoke proudly of his children and grandchildren. His love for his
family always came first in his life. His friends always enjoyed his
sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of over 52 years; his three children,
Leeann Elaine Erb of San Diego, Calif., Judy Lynn Stencel of Escondido,
Calif. and John Anthony Manuel of Coatesville, Pa.; seven grandchildren,
