Sandra "Sandy" Lou Wagner (nee Pittenger) passed away on July 6, 2022 in
her home in Lake Havasu City with her daughter by her side. Sandy was
born on Sept. 25, 1940 in Galesville, Wisconsin to Lillian Mae Skalman
(Bleken) and James C. Pittenger.

Sandy was proud of her Norwegian heritage. She loved camping and the
outdoors. Sandy really enjoyed the desert and her beautiful view of Lake
Havasu from her back porch. When she was not spending time outdoors, you
could find Sandy snuggled up with a good book or volunteering in her
community. Even when life got busy, she always made time to help others.

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Debbie Rodarte,
her brothers, Dennis Skalman and Thomas Skalman and her son, Donald
Wagner. Sandy is survived by her brothers, Wendell Pittenger and Jeff
Skalman, her daughter, Laurie (Paul) Doty, her sons, Michael (Barb)
Wagner and Stephen (Susan) Wagner, 12 grandchildren and 20 great-
grandchildren.

Sandy was loved by many. She will be missed most for her positive
influence and love of life. As a source of encouragement to everyone
around her, Sandy will always be remembered for the way she could make
each person she encountered feel seen and cared for.
