Billie Lucille Baker, 94, of Rialto, California, passed away surrounded
by the love and care of her family, on July 30, 2022 in Lake Havasu
City.

She was born March 19, 1928, and raised in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter
of Bernard Kemper and Coral (Eis) Kemper.

The family moved to Rialto, California when she was 19, where she
attended and graduated from the University of Redlands. On Aug. 17,
1952, she married Clifford Baker. Together they resided in Rialto.

Known as "Gramma Baker", she was the most beautiful, heartfelt woman you
would ever have met, everybody loved her. She loved to crochet, we all
have blankets made by her, and she made a lot for the Veterans as well.
Her talents were remarkable. She loved everyone she met, and would do
anything for them. We will miss her dearly.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Cliff, and two
grandchildren Scott and Rene.

She is survived by her three children, Steve Baker of North Carolina,
Pamela Wright and husband Jeff of Lake Havasu City, and Terri Jara of
Redlands, California, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Billie's wish was for cremation. Thanks to Desert Lawn Funeral Home of
Lake Havasu City.
