Marvin M. Mooney Born in St. Joseph, Missouri on Jan. 6, 1928. Departed on March 8, 2004 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Marvin M. Mooney, 76, of Cottonwood died March 8. He was born June 6, 1928 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was educated in St. Joseph and worked as manager for Bingham Equipment selling farm equipment. Mr. Mooney enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was an Army veteran. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Twila Joy Mooney; sons, Marvin M. Mooney, Jr., Oakhurst, Calif. and Thomas John Mooney, Cottonwood; two daughters, Paula Jesness, Franklin, Mass. and Carolyn Tapo, Phoenix; a brother, William Mooney, St. Joseph, Mo. and a sister, Tootie Shuske of Los Angeles, Calif.; and five grandchildren. A Military burial service will be held on Thursday, March 18 in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek, Arizona at 11 a.m. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona. |
