Lake Havasu City, Arizona -

Bruce W. McBride age 67, of Lake Havasu City passed away surrounded by
family after a short bout with cancer on Sept. 4, 2022.

Bruce was born to John and Olga "Dal" McBride Jan. 5, 1955. He joined
his two older sisters Susan and Sally and later another sister Shirley.
He attended school in Rupert, Idaho where he graduated and made many
lifelong friends.

After graduation, dad became an electrician, and started his own
company, joined the IBEW, and worked 20 years for the Federal Bureau of
Reclamation. He worked at Minidoka Dam, Parker, and retired while
working at Davis.

Dad was an accomplished carpenter and loved woodworking. After
retirement, you could find him in his garage building things for friends
or family and remodeling his home. If he wasn't doing that he would be
taking rides on his Harley. I am sure you could hear ACDC or Jimmy
Buffet blasting out of his speakers with the biggest smile on his face.
He was a wonderful father, always making sure we knew how much he loved
us, and how proud he was of all our accomplishments.

He is survived by his two children Cortney (Dusty) Allison, and Cooper
McBride, His sisters Shirley Freiburger (Gary Gibson), and Susan Kowitz:
three grandchildren, Brynlee, Leighton, and Grayson Allison, and
Charlene Coleman his significant other. He is preceded in death by his
parents and his sister Sally Ward.

Dad was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Edwards Catholic
School at 139 6th Ave E., Twin Falls, ID 83301

A memorial service will be held Oct 8, 2022 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at
Bradbury Memorial Center in Lake Havasu City, as well as at the Rupert
Elks Lodge on Oct. 15, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
